Trent has fixed Friday, May 29, 2026 as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for its first-ever bonus share issue in a 1:2 ratio. In an exchange filing, the Tata Group retail company said shareholders will receive one bonus equity share for every two fully paid-up equity shares held as on the record date, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals, including shareholder approval through a postal ballot.Coal India
Coal India reported a steady March quarter performance, with consolidated profit after tax rising 12% YoY to Rs 10,908 crore, while revenue from operations increased 6% to Rs 46,490 crore, supported by improved realizations and higher other income. Further, the Board has declared final dividend for FY26 at Rs 5.25 per share. Payment of final dividend for FY26 will be made subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing AGM.
Bajaj Housing Finance
Bajaj Housing Finance reported a steady performance for the March quarter, with profit after tax rising 14% year-on-year to Rs 669 crore, while net total income grew 20% to Rs 1,141 crore, supported by strong loan growth and stable asset quality. Net interest income for Q4FY26 increased 15% to Rs 945 crore from Rs 823 crore a year ago, reflecting continued expansion in the loan book.
Adani Total Gas
Adani Total Gas on Monday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 168 crore in the March-ended quarter versus Rs 154 crore in the year ago period, implying a 9% uptick. The company posted a 17% growth in its revenue from operations at Rs 1,695 crore compared to Rs 1,453 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.
AU SFB
AU Small Finance Bank on Monday reported a 65% year-on-year jump in its net profit for the March quarter, reaching Rs 832 crore compared to Rs 504 crore in the year-ago period. The lender reported a Net Interest Income (NII) of Rs 2,582 crore, which rose 23% year-on-year and 10% quarter-on-quarter.
