HDFC AMC on Thursday reported a 2% decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 623 crore for the March-ended quarter, compared with Rs 638 crore in the same period last year. The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 54 per share for the financial year ended March 2026.
Revenue from operations came in at Rs 1,051 crore, up from Rs 901 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting a 17% year-on-year (YoY) growth.
