Fusion Cx, Orient Cables among 7 companies to get IPO nod – News Air Insight

MUMBAI Fusion Cx , Orient Cables India and five others received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for their proposed initial public offerings (IPOs).

The regulator issued its final observations on the draft papers last week. When a company receives a final observation from Sebi, it’s a signal from the regulator to go ahead with the IPO process.

Fusion Cx ’s IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 600 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 400 crore. Orient Cables India’s IPO consists of a fresh issue of Rs 320 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 380 crore. RSB Retail India’s IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale of 2.98 crore shares. Lohia Corp’s IPO is solely an offer for sale of 4.22 crore shares. SFC Environmental Technologies’ IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale of 1.23 crore shares.

Turtlemint Fintech Solutions and Yashoda Healthcare Services opted for a confidential filing with Sebi which allows it to withhold public disclosure of IPO details under the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) until later stages
