In a sweet video shared by her sister Surilie Gautam, Yami was seen sitting quietly in the theatre, trying to go unnoticed. As the film played, she responded honestly to the scenes around her, completely immersed in the experience. When her own cameo appeared on screen, she seemed a little shy and tried to brush it off, adding a very real and relatable touch to the moment.
Surilie shared the clip with a heartfelt note praising Aditya Dhar’s work and expressing how proud the family feels. She also showered love on Yami, calling her a strong support system. Yami later reposted the video on her own account, keeping it simple and emotional with a loving message for her family.
For those who don’t know, Yami and Aditya’s story goes back to their time working together on URI: The Surgical Strike. What started as a professional bond soon turned into a relationship, which they chose to keep private. The couple eventually tied the knot on June 4, 2021, in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their loved ones.
