Vedanta Limited on Tuesday approved the sale of 1.59% stake representing up to 6.7 crore equity shares in its subsidiary Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) by way of an offer for sale (OFS).
Vedanta held 61.84% stake (261.28 crore equity shares) as on December 31, 2026.
