The AAP will file a review petition against the Supreme Court's decision to deny Sisodia bail.
According to reports, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is considering filing a review petition against the Supreme Court’s decision to deny bail to former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in connection with the alleged Delhi liquor scam.
On Monday, the Supreme Court denied his bail applications, noting that a money trail totaling Rs. 338 crore had been tentatively established in the case.
Following that, Delhi Education Minister Atishi stated that her party respects the Supreme Court but disagrees with its decision to deny Sisodia bail, according to PTI.

According to ED sources The order of the Supreme Court indicates that the arguments were accepted.
According to sources within the Enforcement Directorate (ED), The Supreme Court’s decision today indicated that the court accepted the ED’s arguments and evidence against Sisodia.
However, Sisodia’s legal team is reportedly planning to file a review petition soon.
So far, top AAP leaders Sisodia and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh have been arrested in connection with the alleged scam in the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) questioned AAP supremo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in April as part of its investigation into the matter.

The Supreme Court denies bail, citing a possible money trail.
During the hearing on Monday, the Supreme Court stated that a transfer of Rs. 338 crore “is tentatively established” in the aforementioned case, which resulted in the rejection of Sisodia’s bail applications.
Later, at a press conference, Atishi stated that the AAP was considering additional legal options, including filing a review petition.
“There is not a single corrupt AAP leader.” “The AAP was, is, and will continue to be an honest party,” she said.

What we know about the Delhi liquor policy swindle
The Delhi government allegedly implemented the 2021-22 Excise Policy  privatize alcohol sales and grant licenses to liquor traders, allegedly favoring certain dealers who allegedly paid bribes.
Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena first raised the issue, which prompted an investigation.
In response to a CBI FIR, the ED launched its investigation. Furthermore, the ED claimed a South Indian group was involved.

The policy went into effect in November 2021 and was terminated in July 2022.
