M&M will consider and approve the audited standalone financial results of the company for the fourth quarter of FY26. The company will also consider and recommend a dividend.
Kotak Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank on Tuesday informed the exchanges that the stake sale in Infina Finance Private Limited (Infina) by Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the bank, has been completed today and, accordingly, Infina has ceased to be an associate company of the bank on March 24, 2026.
Adani Green Energy
Adani Green Energy witnessed a couple of block deals on Tuesday in which French multinational bank BNP Paribas was the buyer while Morgan Stanley was the seller. BNP bought 6.9 lakh shares in the company through its affiliate BNP Paribas Financial Markets in a deal valued at Rs 56 crore. The shares were purchased at a price of Rs 808.3 apiece, a 1% discount from Monday’s closing price of Rs 816.45.
United Spirits
United Spirits will sell its entire stake in Royal Challengers Sports for Rs 16,660 crore. The investor consortium also includes Times Internet and Metropolitan Media Company. Interarch Building Solutions
Interarch Building Solutions on Tuesday said that the company has completed the acquisition and registration of freehold industrial land in Gujarat. The industrial land measures approximately 52,855 square meters and was purchased at a consideration of Rs 5.81 crore.
Sanathan Textiles
The company on Tuesday said its wholly owned subsidiary Sanathan Polycot Private Limited (SPPL),has entered into a share subscription and shareholders’ Agreement (SSSHA) and a Power Supply and Consumption Agreement (PSCA) to acquire 26% stake in Serentica Renewables India 33 Private Limited, a subsidiary of Serentica Renewables India Private Limited, in tranches, for sourcing renewable power as a captive consumer for a contracted capacity of 32 MW.
Welspun Corp
The company has informed the exchanges that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Welspun Pipes Inc., USA (WPI) and Welspun Mauritius Holdings Limited (WMHL), have received approvals from their respective board for the acquisition/sale of 69,30,000 equity shares representing 22% stake in East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (EPIC) from WMHL to WPI for an aggregate consideration of SAR 979.90 million. The transaction has been executed and completed on Tadawul Stock Exchange where the shares of EPIC are listed.
On completion of the transaction, EPIC, which is currently an associate company of WMHL, shall thereafter become an associate company of WPI.
