The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 147.25 points up at 24725.6, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 423.92 points at 81572.14 at around 10:04AM.
Tata Steel Ltd.(up 4.68%), Shriram Finance Ltd.(up 2.59%), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 2.19%), Coal India Ltd.(up 1.79%), Bharti Airtel Ltd.(up 1.66%), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 1.63%), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 1.56%), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 1.44%), Infosys Ltd.(up 1.43%) and Britannia Industries Ltd.(up 1.43%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
