The SME initial public offering (IPO) of SK Minerals & Additives will open for bidding on Friday, October 10, and close on Tuesday, October 14. The issue is entirely fresh, with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The company plans to raise Rs 41.15 crore from it.

SK Minerals & Additives IPO’s price band has been set at Rs 120-127 per share. The stock will be listed on BSE SME platform. A total of Rs 32.40 lakh equity shares will be issued by the company.

The market lot comprises 1,000 shares with minimum bid quantity at 2,000. The maximum bid quantity for qualified institutional investors is 30,78,000 while maximum bid quantity for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) is 15,40,000.

SK Minerals & Additives IPO lead managers / registrar

Khambatta Securities Ltd is the book running lead manager for the issue (BRLM) while Maashitla Securities Pvt Ltd is the registrar to the issue. The sponsor bank is IndusInd Bank Limited.

About the company

SK Minerals and Additives was incorporated in February 2022 and is engaged in the manufacturing, processing, and supply of industrial minerals and speciality chemicals. The company specialises in the processing of materials such as bentonite, barite, talc, dolomite, kaolin, and other industrial minerals. It has a flexible business model that integrates domestic trading, imports, and in-house production.

The company’s promoters are Sunita Rani, Mohit Jindal, Rohit Jindal and Shubham Jindal.

The tentative share allotment date is Wednesday, October 15 while the initiation of refunds and credit of shares to the demat accounts will happen on Thursday, October 16. The stock is likely to get listed on Friday, October 17.

The company’s shares were not commanding any premium (GMP) in the grey market ahead of the opening of the issue.
