NEW DELHI: Reliance Power(number of shares traded: 9.94 crore), Vodafone Idea(number of shares traded: 9.62 crore), Suzlon Energy(number of shares traded: 5.86 crore), Eternal(number of shares traded: 4.17 crore), YES Bank(number of shares traded: 4.03 crore), Belrise Industries Ltd.(number of shares traded: 2.49 crore), Rama Steel Tubes(number of shares traded: 2.23 crore), Hind Const Co(number of shares traded: 2.15 crore), Swiggy Ltd.(number of shares traded: 1.95 crore) and Ircon Intl.(number of shares traded: 1.88 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:35AM in Thursday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index was trading 100.55 points up at 24720.75, while BSE Sensex was up 322.29 points at 81320.54 at the time of writing this report.
In the Nifty index, Eternal Ltd.(up 4.77 per cent), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.(up 2.86 per cent), Trent Ltd.(up 2.33 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 1.96 per cent) and Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 1.56 per cent) were among the top gainers.
While Bajaj Finance Ltd.(down 1.25 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 1.13 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 0.92 per cent), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(down 0.72 per cent) and Axis Bank Ltd.(down 0.59 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
