The court had made the explanation after the ED and CBI communicated hesitations about the West Bengal Police testing the Sandeshkhali viciousness case.
“The court has just remained the constitution of an exceptional examination group. Consequently, it will be well open to the CBI or the ED to capture the fleeing denounced,” the seat said.
