The company stated in the presentation that it is reportedly targeting 12 hotel acquisitions in the current financial year, with seven properties already signed to be purchased. These hotels will be part of PRISM’s portfolio of brands, including Sunday Hotels, Palette Hotels, and select U.S.-based brands. The company declined to comment on the matter. Looking ahead to FY27, Sunday PropTech expects its portfolio to deliver a full-year revenue of Rs 222 crore and an EBITDA of Rs 119 crore, a threefold increase year-on-year.

Recently, Sunday PropTech raised Rs 50 crore from a consortium led by InCred and Analah, providing additional capital to accelerate acquisitions and expansion plans. Funding for the portfolio build-out is expected to come from a mix of debt and equity, with support from PRISM Life and investors such as SoftBank, according to the investor deck.
