According to the article, Bindra—who is also a highly motivating speaker and the CEO and founder of Bada Business Pvt Ltd—was booked under many Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections, including 323, 504, 427, and 325.
According to reports, the Noida Police is looking into the situation and promised to look into the accusation thoroughly.
Yanika’s brother Vaibhav filed the complaint, saying that Bindra had physically abused his sister, confined her in a room, and verbally abused her till she had injuries all over her body, according to India Today.
“She is also unable to hear properly due to the assault on her ears,” Vaibhav stated. Yanika is presently receiving medical attention at the Kailash Deepak Hospital in Delhi.
Following the global success of a video featuring prominent Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari, Bindra has also been the target of backlash on social media for an alleged scam.
In a recent video titled “Unveiling a Major Scam,” Maheshwari posted on his YouTube channel, he featured student statements claiming that Bindra’s company had deceived them. Bindra has denied any wrongdoing.
Maheshwari, on the other hand, asserted that he felt under duress to remove the footage. Conversely, though, the video began receiving more comments as people urged Maheshwari to keep it up and showed their support for him.
