Indian markets ended with gains on Monday, registering their second positive closing. The index’ higher top–higher bottom formation on the daily chart, remains intact.
Commenting on the day’s action, Rupak De, Senior Technical Analyst at LKP Securities said that the RSI on the daily chart has re-entered a bullish crossover and is on the verge of a consolidation breakout. “Any dips from here should be considered good buying opportunities. In the short term, the index is likely to remain strong with the potential to extend its gains towards the 25,300–25,350 range. On the lower end, support is visible at 24,800,” De said.
