M&M Q4 Results: Standalone PAT jumps 22% YoY to Rs 2,437 crore; dividend declared at Rs 25.30/share – News Air Insight

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) on Monday reported a 22% year-on-year (YoY) rise in standalone net profit for the March quarter to Rs 2,437 crore, while revenue jumped 24% YoY to Rs 31,609 crore. Both figures surpassed Street estimates.

While announcing its Q4 results, M&M also declared a dividend of Rs 25.30 per share.

During the quarter, the company’s total vehicle sales rose 18% YoY to 2,53,028 units, while tractor sales increased 23% YoY to 87,138 units. Utility vehicle (UV) volumes grew 18% YoY to around 1.49 lakh units.

M&M’s revenue market share in the auto segment expanded by 310 bps in Q4 to 23.5%. In FY25, its farm segment market share rose 170 bps to 43.3%.

The company said it has sharpened its focus through strategic pivots in two key markets.


“We continued our outstanding performance in Q4 FY25, recording a significant 310 bps YoY gain in SUV revenue share and a 480 bps YoY gain in the LCV ( M&M’s CFO, Amarjyoti Barua, said FY25 was an excellent year, marked by broad-based growth and improved profitability across businesses. “In line with our capital allocation strategy, we’ve sharpened our focus in international farm markets. Our results include nearly Rs 10,000 crore of cash generation in FY25, enabling us to continue creating shareholder value through strategic investments. We are pleased to announce a 20% increase in dividend for FY26, supported by this strong performance,” he said.
