Mumbai: Kotak Mahindra Bank on Tuesday informed stock exchanges that its board has appointed Ramesh Iyer, former managing director & CEO of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, as an additional director and independent director for a four-year term, effective February 17, 2026. The board also accepted the request of Dr. Ashok Gulati to retire as an independent director upon completion of his term on March 5, 2026.Separately, DCB Bank board has approved the appointment of Suhail Nathani as an independent director for a three-year term, effective February 18, 2026.
