Keystone Realtors Q4 Results: Profit jumps over 2-fold to Rs 67 crore – News Air Insight

Listed realty developer Keystone Realtors has recorded over 116% on-year growth in consolidated net profit at Rs 67 crore for the quarter ended March. Total income for the period declined 22% to Rs 642.20 crore. Operating profit for the quarter increased to Rs 107 crore from Rs 67 crore a year ago.

Net profit for the financial year 2024-25 rose 69% to Rs 188.13 crore, while total income declined 6.8% to Rs 2,121.44 crore. Operating profit for the year rose to Rs 332 crore from Rs 163 crore a year ago.

The company has provided guidance of Rs 7,000 crore worth business development and pre-sales of Rs 4,000 crore for the financial year 2025-26.

“We have achieved most of our guidance on operational parameters for FY25 with the pre-sales guidance for FY25 demonstrating strong execution and market alignment in the pre-sales phase… With collections efficiency of 77%, we have strong collections of Rs 2,327 crore in FY25 compared to Rs 2,203 crore in FY24,” said Boman Irani, CMD, Keystone Realtors.

The company recorded 34% growth in pre-sales of Rs 3,028 crore during the year aided by a total seven new projects. The developer added nine projects with a gross development value of Rs 4,783 crore in 2024-25.


According to Irani, the asset-light model and focus on redevelopment projects particularly in the Mumbai region, continues to be a key driver of growth for the company.In the last three financial years, the company has acquired 22 projects with GDV of Rs 17,763 crore and 18 of these are redevelopment projects. A total 16 out of 22 projects are in the mid-income, mass and aspirational segment.
