Raymond Ltd.(up 5.93 per cent), Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 1.5 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(up 0.61 per cent), DLF Ltd.(up 0.39 per cent) and Anant Raj Ltd.(up 0.1 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 1.91 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(down 1.46 per cent), Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 1.18 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 0.57 per cent) and Godrej Properties Ltd.(down 0.46 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was down 0.42 per cent at 982.45 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 4.16 points at 25521.2, while the BSE Sensex was up 49.54 points at 83656.0.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 20 were trading in the green, while 30 were in the red. Shares of Vodafone Idea, RattanIndia Power, JP Power, IDFC First Bank and NMDC were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Gabriel India, TN Telecom, Federal Mogul, Innovana Thinklabs and Lloyds Steels(PP)hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Stampede Cap(DVR), Sadhana Nitro, Arisinfra Solutions, Twentyfirst Cent and Uniinfo Telecom Serv hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
