Sobha Ltd.(up 3.06 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(up 2.72 per cent), Macrotech Developers Ltd.(up 2.2 per cent), Anant Raj Ltd.(up 1.87 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(up 1.35 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 0.66 per cent) and DLF Ltd.(down 0.42 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.84 per cent at 979.4 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 57.45 points at 24659.15, while the BSE Sensex was down 226.87 points at 81146.88.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 13 were trading in the green, while 37 were in the red. Shares of YES Bank, Vodafone Idea, Ola Electric Mobilit, Reliance Power and Suzlon Energy were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Deepak Fertilisers, Mangalore Chem, AXISCADES Engg Tech, Radico Khaitan and Authum Investment hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Capital Infra Trust, Osia Hyper Retail, Gujarat Lease, Rajoo Engineers and Ebixcash World Money hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
