ICICI Prudential AMC‘s profit after tax rose 45% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 917 crore in Q3 from Rs 632 crore in the year-ago period.
The company also declared a dividend of Rs 14.85 per share and fixed January 21 as the record date.
Operating profit before tax stood at Rs 1,110 crore, compared with Rs 853 crore in the December 2024 quarter, marking an increase of around 30%. For the nine months ended December 2025, operating profit before tax rose to Rs 3,043 crore from Rs 2,370 crore in the corresponding period last year, an increase of about 28%.
The company also informed that Sankaran Naren has been reappointed as Executive Director of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company for a two-year term with effect from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028.
Asset growth remained strong in the third quarter, fuelled by sustained inflows into equity and hybrid products. Mutual fund quarterly average AUM rose to Rs 10.76 lakh crore, up 23% from Rs 8.73 lakh crore a year earlier, taking the company’s market share to 13.3%.
Equity and equity-oriented schemes continued to lead growth, with quarterly average AUM increasing to Rs 6.08 lakh crore from Rs 4.92 lakh crore, a rise of roughly 24%.Also Read | S Naren re-appointed as executive director of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company for 2 years
The company’s unique customer base grew to 16.17 million as of December 2025, compared with 14.33 million a year earlier, reflecting a growth of around 12.8%. The AMC serviced investors through more than 1,12,000 empanelled distribution partners across 278 offices.
