As per a previous regulatory filing made by GRSE, the company’s Board of Directors, at its meeting held on November 4, had approved an interim dividend of Rs 5.75 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for FY 2025–26.
The payout amounts to a total distribution of Rs 65.87 crore, drawn from the company’s profits for the half-year period ended September 30, 2025.
The company fixed Tuesday, November 11, as the record date for determining the list of eligible shareholders who will receive the interim dividend. Since the record date is November 11, the stock goes ex-dividend today, in line with T+1 settlement rules.
According to the company’s filing, the dividend was declared out of profits of the company for the half year ended 30th September, 2025.
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers is a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Defence. The company manufactures warships and other naval platforms.Further, the same record date also applies to investors of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals, which has announced a 50% interim dividend of Rs 5 per share.In addition to GRSE and Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals, the list of companies trading ex-dividend tomorrow includes Chalet Hotels, Siyaram Silk Mills, Steelcast Ltd, Nuvama Wealth Management, and Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys.
