The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) will close the registration window for 911 posts on March 25, 2026, at 11:59 pm. The recruitment drive includes vacancies for Legal Assistant, Assistant Engineer (Civil), Junior Engineer (Civil), and Grade II (GNCTDSS) or Assistant Section Officer.

How to apply for DSSSB recruitment 2026

  • Register on the DSSSB portal at dsssbonline.nic.in to generate a user ID and password
  • Use the generated credentials to log in and access the application form
  • Visit the official website and click on “Click for New Registration” if applying for the first time
  • Fill in the required personal and academic details
  • Log in with the generated user ID and password
  • Apply for the desired post and complete the application process

Application fee details

The application fee is Rs 100 for all candidates. However, women candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, PwBD and ex-servicemen categories are exempted from paying the fee.

DSSSB 2026 vacancies

The posts will be filled across several departments, including the Delhi Pollution Control Committee, Delhi Jal Board, Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board, New Delhi Municipal Council, and the Services Department.

The board will conduct examinations for all posts and notify candidates through its official website.

Selection process based on written examination

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written examination. The marks obtained will be normalised and used to prepare the final merit list.

Minimum qualifying marks for DSSSB exam

The minimum marks required to pass the examination are:

  • General and EWS candidates need 40 percent
  • OBC (Delhi) candidates need 35 percent
  • SC, ST and PwBD candidates need 30 percent

Ex-servicemen will receive a relaxation of 5 percent in their respective categories, subject to a minimum of 30 percent.
