GHCL, a company with a market capitalization of Rs 5,261 crore on the BSE, has seen its share price erode by 20% in the past 12 months. Khanna, who is an investor in the company, has sold her holding by 14 bps, bringing the stake to 1.07% in Q3FY26 versus 1.21% in the July-September quarter.
Incorporated in 1983, GHCL claims to be the largest manufacturer of Soda ash at a single location in the country. The soda ash it produces, is used to make glass and detergents apart from other industrial applications and is an important raw material for solar glass and lithium ion batteries as well.
The stock is currently trading below its 50-day and 200-day simple moving averages (SMAs) of Rs 587 and Rs 599, respectively, according to Trendlyne data.
Khanna slashed her stake by 37 bps in Prakash Industries in the October-December quarter of FY26 to 2.57% versus 2.94% in Q2FY26.
The stock has declined 9% over the past 12 months and is currently trading below its 50-day and 200-day simple moving averages of Rs 142 and Rsv161, respectively, the Trendlyne data suggests.
Established in 1980, Prakash Industries is an integrated steel & power company. The company has set up facilities to manufacture wire rods, HB wires and TMT bars. The company also owns Iron Ore mines to fulfill the Iron Ore requirement for Sponge Iron manufacturing.The company’s market capitalization on the BSE is at Rs 2,441 crore. Its shares fell over 5% today, hitting the day’s low of Rs 129.55.
Meanwhile, GHCL shares today fell 1.5% to hit the day’s low of Rs 538.20.
