Founded in 2013, Current Infraprojects is an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) player with operations across 12 Indian states.It provides turnkey services in solar power, water infrastructure, mechanical and electrical works, as well as civil contracts.The company has executed projects worth over Rs 2,320 crore and also runs a hospitality venture under the brand “YAHVI The Farmhouse.”
Financials and Strengths
For FY25, the company reported revenue of Rs 91.33 crore and profit after tax of Rs 9.45 crore.
Objects of the Issue
The IPO proceeds will be used to invest Rs 5.85 crore in its subsidiary Current Infra Dhanbad Solar for a 1,800 KW solar project at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, fund Rs 30 crore of working capital requirements and meet general corporate purposes.
