Bajaj Housing Finance shares in focus as Q3 update shows higher disbursements, AUM growth – News Air Insight

Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance are likely to be in focus heading into trade on Monday, January 5, following the company’s Q3 FY26 business update, which showed a rise in disbursements and growth in assets under management and loan assets on a year-on-year basis.

The company reported gross disbursements of approximately Rs 16,535 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 12,571 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

The company’s assets under management (AUM) grew by 23% year-on-year to approximately Rs 1,33,400 crore as of December 31, 2025, compared with Rs 1,08,314 crore as of December 31, 2024. On a quarterly basis, AUM increased by around Rs 6,652 crore during Q3 FY26, as per the company’s update posted over the weekend on January 3.

The company’s loan assets (AR) also showed an increase during the period. As of December 31, 2025, loan assets stood at approximately Rs 1,17,290 crore, compared with Rs 95,570 crore as of December 31, 2024.

Q2 Performance

The company reported a net profit of Rs 643 crore in the September-ended quarter, recording an 18% from Rs 546 crore reported in the year-ago period. The company’s revenue in the quarter under review stood at Rs 2,755 crore, up 14% versus Rs 2,410 crore posted by the company in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.The Bajaj Finance-promoted company delivered a 34% growth in its net interest income (NII) in Q2FY26 at Rs 956 crore versus Rs 713 crore in the year-ago period. The net interest margins (NIMs) stood at 4%, flat on a sequential basis but down by 10 bps compared to 4.1% in the year-ago period.

Its Assets Under Management (AUM) grew 24% on a YoY basis at Rs 2.27 lakh crore compared to Rs 1.02 lakh crore in Q2FY25. The AUM for the Q2 FY26 grew to Rs 6,329 crore, higher than Rs 5,497 crore for Q2FY25 and Rs 5,736 crore in Q1FY26.

Bajaj Housing Finance shares slipped 26% in 2025. In 2026, the stock is up 2% in the first week.
