NEW DELHI: Suzlon Energy(Rs. 627.13 crore), Reliance Power(Rs. 422.75 crore), Swiggy Ltd.(Rs. 401.60 crore), Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 217.18 crore), Eternal(Rs. 175.48 crore), MMTC(Rs. 174.08 crore), GRSE(Rs. 168.82 crore), Waaree Energies(Rs. 89.16 crore), Indian Energy Exchg(Rs. 85.96 crore) and Bharat Dynamics(Rs. 84.68 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Friday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 82.9 points down at 24750.7, while BSE Sensex fell 182.01 points to 81451.01.
In the Nifty index, Eternal Ltd.(up 4.36 per cent), State Bank of India(up 1.88 per cent), HDFC Bank Ltd.(up 0.91 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 0.55 per cent) and Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 0.33 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 3.02 per cent), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 2.54 per cent), Shriram Finance Ltd.(down 1.98 per cent), HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 1.69 per cent) and Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 1.64 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
