NEW DELHI: Cochin Shipyard(Rs. 452.80 crore), Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 306.71 crore), GRSE(Rs. 156.95 crore), Vodafone Idea(Rs. 156.49 crore), BEL(Rs. 155.19 crore), RVNL(Rs. 150.26 crore), Data Patterns(India)(Rs. 144.96 crore), Delhivery(Rs. 138.37 crore), Paras Defence(Rs. 133.56 crore) and Divis Labs(Rs. 117.07 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Monday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 74.35 points down at 24945.45, while BSE Sensex fell 271.17 points to 82059.42.
In the Nifty index, Bajaj Auto Ltd.(up 4.35 per cent), Shriram Finance Ltd.(up 1.85 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 1.29 per cent), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 0.98 per cent) and Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 0.97 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Eternal Ltd.(down 3.15 per cent), Grasim Industries Ltd.(down 2.76 per cent), Infosys Ltd.(down 1.90 per cent), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 1.61 per cent) and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(down 1.20 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
