MUMBAI: Amit Rathi sold shares of Anand Rathi Wealth worth Rs 560 crore in a bulk deal on NSE on Tuesday. He sold 20 lakh shares at Rs 2,800.03 apiece.
As of September 30, Rathi held a 3.1% stake in the company and offloaded 2.4% of the company’s total equity in the deal. Shares of Anand Rathi Wealth rose 0.6% to Rs 2,856.10 on Tuesday.
