Nearly 1700 users of Fidium Fiber across America faced trouble after its services went down on Thursday (November 20, 2025). At the time of filing this report, Downdetector had logged more than 1,641 reports from users experiencing problems.
According to the Downdetector map, issues were faced across the US, with Boston, Houston, and San Francisco being among the affected areas. The outage monitoring and tracking website noted that people were facing problems with Fidium Fiber since 5:05 pm ET. No official cause for the issues is known as of now.
