Studds Accessories IPO price band set at Rs 557-585 per share; check issue size, key dates, other details – News Air Insight

Studds Accessories Ltd, one of India’s leading helmet and two-wheeler accessories makers, has announced a price band of Rs 557–Rs 585 per share for its Rs 455.49 crore initial public offering (IPO).

The company will offer 78 lakh equity shares in the primary market, marking its entry into the public arena. The IPO is a pure offer for sale (OFS), with no fresh issue of shares, meaning all proceeds will go to the existing shareholders.

The IPO will open for subscription on October 30 and conclude on November 3, with a tentative listing date fixed as November 7, 2025. Promoter Madhu Bhushan Khurana will sell up to 38 lakh shares, and Promoter Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana will sell up to 8 lakh shares. Promoter Group member Chand Khurana will offload up to 21 lakh shares. Other sellers include Sanjay Leekha, Charu Leekha, and Nisha Leekha, among others.

IIFL Capital Services Limited and ICICI Securities are the book-running lead managers for the Studds Accessories IPO. MUFG Intime is the registrar of the issue.

As for financials, the helmet maker’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 584 crore for FY25, registering a 10.3% increase of Rs 529 crore reported in FY24. Its net profit for FY25 came in at Rs 70 crore, up 22% from Rs 57 crore in FY24. Basis and diluted EPS or earnings per share stood at Rs 17.70, higher from Rs 14.54 in the financial year 2024, the company’s red herring prospectus showed.


Incorporated in 1975 and established in 1983, Studds Accessories Limited is a leading manufacturer of two-wheeler helmets and motorcycle accessories based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. The company designs, manufactures, markets, and sells helmets under the “Studds” and “SMK” brands, while other motorcycle accessories are sold under the “Studds” brand.Its product portfolio includes helmets, two-wheeler luggage, gloves, helmet security guards, rain suits, riding jackets, and eyewear. Studds has a strong market presence across India and exports to over 70 countries spanning the Americas, Asia (excluding India), Europe, and other regions.
