NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Monday.
These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Informed Tech(14.36%), Advait Infratech(12.87%), Vimta Labs(12.10%), Jagsonpal Pharm(10.73%), Times Guaranty(10.25%) and Softsol India(10.11%).
The 30-share Sensex ended 572.07 points down at 80891.02, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 156.1 points down at 24680.9.
In the Nifty 50 index, 16 stocks ended in the green, while 34 stocks closed in the red.
Meanwhile, stocks such as Teesta Agro Industries Ltd., Panth Infinity, Vimta Labs, Times Guaranty and Sudarshan Chemical hit their fresh 52-week high, while Trans Freight, JITF Infralogistics, Pankaj Piyush, Kkrrafton Developers and Rapid Invst touched their new 52-week low in today’s trade.
