NEW DELHI: Waaree Energies(Rs. 2809.42 crore), Jyoti CNC Automation(Rs. 1974.01 crore), Alembic Pharma(Rs. 1642.95 crore), SBI(Rs. 1604.91 crore), InterGlobe(Rs. 1424.72 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 1365.70 crore), Trent(Rs. 1315.69 crore), Dixon Tech(Rs. 1309.10 crore), RIL(Rs. 1269.23 crore) and Raymond(Rs. 1260.00 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Monday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 120.75 points down at 25517.05, while BSE Sensex fell 452.44 points to 83606.46.
In the Nifty index, Trent Ltd.(up 3.29 per cent), State Bank of India(up 1.86 per cent), Bharat Electronics Ltd.(up 1.69 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 1.68 per cent) and Jio Financial Services Ltd.(up 1.03 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 2.26 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 2.12 per cent), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(down 2.02 per cent), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(down 1.93 per cent) and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(down 1.92 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
