Stocks plunged news: Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE – News Air Insight

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 607.74 points down at 81800.43 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, United Interactive(down 17.36 per cent), SBL Infratech(down 9.53 per cent), Abhishek Infraventures(down 9.25 per cent), Sangal Papers(down 8.92 per cent) and Kapil Raj Finance(down 8.72 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 11 stocks traded in the green, while 39 stocks traded in the red.

The Nifty index was trading 183.75 points down at 24928.65.

On the BSE, Sangal Papers, Catvision Ltd, Saumya Consultants, Pankaj Piyush and Navkar Builders hit their fresh 52-week lows, while SRM Contractors, Apollo Micro Systems, Quality Power Electr, Sumeet Ind and Indosolar Ltd touched their fresh 52-week highs.
