Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 1.99 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(up 1.25 per cent), Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 0.8 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 0.6 per cent) and Anant Raj Ltd.(up 0.04 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 1.18 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(down 0.98 per cent), DLF Ltd.(down 0.53 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 0.31 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.09 per cent at 1039.1 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 26.75 points at 25129.95, while the BSE Sensex was up 13.23 points at 82458.44.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 37 were trading in the green, while 13 were in the red. Shares of Reliance Power, Vodafone Idea, JP Power, Suzlon Energy and YES Bank were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Laxmi Goldorna House, Indef Manufacturing, Hybrid Financial Services, Creative Eye and Atal Realtech hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Rajnandini Metal, Shyam Century Ferrous, Shanti Overseas, Nagarjuna Fertilizer and Bohra Industries hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
