NEW DELHI: IFCI(Rs. 142.74 crore), GRSE(Rs. 102.37 crore), MMTC(Rs. 78.13 crore), Suzlon Energy(Rs. 66.90 crore), Mazagon Dock Ship(Rs. 62.37 crore), Swiggy Ltd.(Rs. 61.48 crore), Reliance Power(Rs. 59.61 crore), Waaree Energies(Rs. 54.68 crore), Infosys(Rs. 48.62 crore) and Welspun Corp(Rs. 44.29 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 11:30AM in Thursday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 22.66 points down at 24729.8, while BSE Sensex was down 36.37 points at 81275.95 as of 11:30AM(IST)on May 29.
In the Nifty index, Eternal Ltd.(up 1.60 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(up 1.27 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 1.22 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 1.13 per cent) and JSW Steel Ltd.(up 1.06 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 1.63 per cent), Jio Financial Services Ltd.(down 1.18 per cent), Bharat Electronics Ltd.(down 1.02 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 0.91 per cent) and Bajaj Finance Ltd.(down 0.87 per cent) were among the top losers.
