The grievance against Sabharwal was recorded by Jangaiah, the state leader of Vikalangula Hakkula Raksha Porata Samiti, a handicap rights bunch.

Arvind Gupta, a legal administrator of the Public Community for Advancement of Work for Incapacitated Individuals (NCPEDP), answered Sabharwal’s post by saying that individuals with handicaps can contribute similarly to society given a widespread biological system.
He focused on the requirement for schooling and mindfulness instead of barring 20 crore Indians from adding to a superior India.
