MP for the Aam Aadmi Party Swati Maliwal has accused Bibhav Kumar, an assistant to Arvind Kejriwal, of assault and has asked the police to administer a polygraph test to support her allegations.
She expressed her annoyance at people who were questioning her claims in an interview with ANI.
“Victim shaming happens with every woman,” she said.The unfortunate thing is that a minister from Delhi stated, “Her clothes are not torn.” I want my polygraph to be administered by the police so that everything is clear.”
