Markets witnessed sharp selling pressure on Monday, losing over a percent amid weak global cues and rising geopolitical tensions. From a technical perspective, analysts say the sharp decline has pushed the Nifty closer to its swing low around the 24,600 level, and a decisive break below this could extend the correction towards the 24,400 mark.

In today’s trade, shares of JSW Infra, Dixon Technologies, RIL, Natco Pharma, M&M among others will be in focus due to various news developments.

JSW Infrastructure on Tuesday informed exchanges that one of its 15 storage tanks at the Fujairah Liquid Terminal sustained damage after debris from an intercepted drone fell within the facility on March 3. The incident occurred at the company’s terminal in Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates.

Fino Payments Bank
The arrest of CEO Rishi Gupta won’t impact Fino Payments Bank’s aim to transition to a small finance bank (SFB), said Ketan Merchant, interim head and chief financial officer. He also highlighted that the bank hasn’t seen any abnormal impact on its deposits so far.

NTPC
The power ministry has decided to set up a search-cum-selection committee to look for the head of state-owned electricity generator NTPC, as government headhunter PESB failed to identify a suitable candidate. The incumbent, Gurdeep Singh, was to superannuate on July 31, 2025, but his service as NTPC’s CMD was extended till August 1, 2026, in the absence of a successor.


Dixon Technologies
Dixon Technologies has finalised its joint-venture agreement with original design manufacturer Longcheer Intelligence, after receiving government approval last year. The joint-venture entity, named Dixtel Infocomm, will have Dixon investing Rs 7.39 crore for 74% stake and Longcheer will invest Rs 2.6 crore for the remaining 26% stake.

Tata Steel
Tata Steel will invest Rs 11,000 crore in Jharkhand for developing advanced grade steel at its Jamsehdpur facility, Tata Group Chairman N Chandrasekaran said. The technology developed by the Tata Group for advanced steel production will benefit other steelmakers, too, he said.

Natco Pharma
Natco Pharma announced the launch of generic Pomalidomide capsules indicated for treatment of adult patients with blood and bone marrow cancer in the US market in partnership with Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, Inc.

RIL
Jio Platforms has appointed veteran telecom dealmaker Dan Bailey as President to spearhead its international expansion, marking a decisive step in the company’s ambitions beyond India. Bailey, who will be based in London, will lead Jio’s global business initiatives and join the company’s Executive Committee. He will report to Akash Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Jio Infocomm.

M&M
M&M clarified to the exchanges that it has already received an advance payment for an order from Indonesia amid rumours that its biggest ever export delivery could have been cancelled. The company said it has not received any further intimation from Indonesia about the suspension of order for the supply of vehicles.
