Markets traded with strength on Monday and remained firmly in positive territory, supported by encouraging global cues and optimism around an interim India-US trade framework. Analysts say the latest move in the index suggests a likely retest of the 26,000 level on the Nifty soon, and a decisive breakout above this zone could open the path toward a new record high.

In today’s trade, shares of Titan, BSE, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Marico, Tata Motors PV among others will be in focus due to various news developments and third quarter results.

Titan, Eicher, Grasim, Britannia, Samvardhana Motherson, Apollo Hospitals
Shares of Titan, Eicher, Grasim, Britannia, Samvardhana Motherson and Apollo Hospitals will be in focus as the companies will announce their third quarter results today.BSE
BSE reported a 174% jump in its December quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 602 crore compared to Rs 220 crore reported in the year ago period. The profit after tax (PAT) is attributable to the shareholders of the holding company.

Tracxn Technologies
Ace investor Mukul Agrawal bought 20 lakh shares each, in two smallcap companies Tracxn Technologies and Laxmi India Finance on Monday via separate bulk deals. The deals were valued at Rs 6.6 crore and Rs 18.51 crore, respectively. The shares were bought at a price of Rs 33 per share, up 5.5% from Friday’s closing price of Rs 31.27. The stock finally closed at Rs 34.32 on the NSE, up by Rs 3.05 or 9.75%.

Kotak Mahindra Bank
Less than a year after his appointment, Bhavnish Lathia has resigned as chief technology officer (CTO) of Kotak Mahindra Bank, citing personal reasons, extending the lender’s struggle to retain leadership continuity in the role. Lathia had taken over from Silicon Valley veteran Milind Nagnur, who resigned as CTO in January 2025 after serving a little over two years.

Sun Pharma
Top Indian pharma promoters emphasised the need to heighten focus on developing innovative drugs and do it at a much larger scale with enhanced spend on research and development. Sun Pharma’s Dilip Shanghvi, Cipla’s Yusuf Hamied, GV Prasad of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories and Vinita Gupta of Lupin were of the view that there is a great opportunity for Indian pharma to innovate and transform into a hub for innovation in the next decade.

Tata Motors PV
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin inaugurated the new manufacturing facility of Tata Motors passenger vehicles and Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in Ranipet on Monday. JLR is set to manufacture 2.5 to 3 lakh vehicles annually at the new unit, Tata Group Chairperson Natarajan Chandrasekaran said, adding that the opening of the plant adds India to the global industrial map for the luxury vehicle brand.

Adani Energy
Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) on Monday said it has secured long-term financing from a consortium of Japanese banks for the 950km Bhadla-Fatehpur, high-voltage direct current transmission project for evacuating green energy.

Marico arm Marico South East Asia Corporation has entered into definitive agreements to make strategic investment in Skinetiq Joint Stock Company, an entity incorporated in Vietnam which owns the digital-first science-backed skin
care brand “Candid” and holds exclusive distribution rights in Vietnam for the luxury clinical skincare brand
“Murad”.
