For the nine months ended December 2025, the company reported a profit after tax of Rs 2,236 crore, up from Rs 1,822 crore in the corresponding period last year. Total income during the period rose to Rs 3,556 crore, compared with Rs 3,033 crore a year ago.
Revenue from operations for the nine-month period stood at Rs 3,068 crore, while other income contributed Rs 487 crore.
Sequentially, total income improved from Rs 1,121 crore reported in the September quarter. The company also reported other income of Rs 159 crore in the December quarter.
At the end of December, HDFC AMC’s assets under management (AUM) stood at Rs 9.21 lakh crore, reflecting a continued leadership position in India’s mutual fund industry. Of this, equity-oriented AUM accounted for Rs 6.16 lakh crore, and alternatives AUM was at Rs 84,000 crore.
On a quarterly average basis, QAAUM came in slightly higher at Rs 9.25 lakh crore, indicating stable flows through the quarter. Equity-oriented QAAUM was Rs 6.06 lakh crore, while the actively managed equity segment alone accounted for Rs 5.66 lakh crore. This segment continues to be a key strength for HDFC AMC, with a 13% market share in actively managed equity funds.
